UGA commit Jeremiah Holloman is one of the Bulldogs early enrollees and this should give him an advantage in getting playing time over some of the other commits.

Holloman is a very talented athlete from Covington, Georgia and he was one of the players who was heavily recruited by this class’s leader Richard LeCounte III. LeCounte made Holloman an absolute priority and now the two are enrolled to the University of Georgia as roommates. As a native of Georgia and cousin to former Bulldogs’ star Leonard Floyd, Holloman always had the Bulldogs in his top group but also had a few other SEC programs fighting for him.

Holloman announced his decision for the Bulldogs as a part of a dual commitment with linebacker commit Malik Herring. These two players were the earliest additions in a string of commits that came around Christmas day. Holloman’s size and athletic ability will definitely earn him the opportunity for playing time on day one.

Holloman will definitely fight for playing time early and he may even have a better chance of cracking the receiver rotation than Pennsylvania native Mark Webb. I still believe Webb has the best chance of earning significant playing time early, but since Holloman is an early enrollee that may give him the upper hand over these other players.

Regardless of if the amount of playing time he gets early on is not as much, then he should see the field more in his second. However, I believe Holloman could definitely become a day one starter, because of his great size and athletic ability.
