Blount is a 6 foot 2 and 185 lbs receiver that is ranked as a consensus 4-star prospect by 247Sports, ESPN, Rivals, and Scout, and he has the ability to be a deep threat WR with his speed but also has good size to fight for the ball in traffic over the middle. As a junior for Pace Academy he reeled in 36 receptions for 642 yards and 9 touchdowns along with 15 rushes for 82 yards.
Blount has over 27 scholarship offers and chose to commit to UGA over programs like Alabama, Auburn Florida, Notre Dame, Oregon, and South Carolina. With Blount’s commitment, UGA now has 9 verbal commitments for the class of 2017.
