Bulldawg36 Completely agree. If I was Kirby McBride would be my #1 target. He is exactly what we need on D.

  2. Bulldawg36

If we miss out on him it will be a huge in -state loss!!! Every recruit that lives in Vidaila should want to come to Athens!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. MMCSDAWG

Greg Poole MMCSDAWG I hope your right!  This is one of the biggest recruits in the class IMO!   Get him Kirby!

  4. DawgByte

Bulldawg36 I’m not getting a warm fuzzy feeling about his leaning toward UGA. I watched that interview and if I were to hand out a Crystal Ball I’d put one in the Bama camp for McBride.

  5. Greg Poole

Bulldawg36  This kid will run circles around Ganus. If he works like Ganus, he is an All-American and first round pick. He is vastly more talented.

  6. Greg Poole

MMCSDAWG I met him and his Dad in Macon back in February – no nonsense folks – couldn’t get Nate to smile for a pic. I still convinced he stays home.

  7. MMCSDAWG

DawgLink Only thing missing is a little more love for UGA and a commitment!!  lol!  This kid is a must get for Kirby and company and it sounds like it’s gonna be a fight with Saban and Bama to make it happen!

  8. Bulldawg36

Diamond dawgs will probably win because they’re at home. We struggle on the RD like most cbb teams do

  9. DawgLink

Nice article on McBride from DawgNation. Hard to believe that he’s faster than Mecole and DRob at 228 pounds. Freaky fast

  10. Bulldawg36

Glad u are having a great time with your friend! Hope u have a great weekend bud!

  11. Brooklyndawg

Greg Poole I don’t know what this means, please explain, EC (trying to get him banned) ##

  12. Brooklyndawg

Bulldawg Bob2 Brooklyndawg Dang wishful thinking. But Lambert graduated from UVA and he’s 2 & 2, no?

  13. Brooklyndawg

Greg Poole Makes some sense, look at the effect the undersized Boss Andrews had on the line.

  14. Brooklyndawg

Bulldawg Bob2 Redskins are already positioning themselves. They haven’t had a game-controlling RB since The Diesel.

  15. DawgByte

How’s everyone doing on this wonderful Friday afternoon. Got to hang out with my best friend and former UGA class mate last night and today. Great to see him… we always have a great time.

Bulldawg36 A lot is going to depend on our OL and who lines up behind the Center.

Bulltoad Bulldawg Bob2 You couldn’t be more right Bulltoad!  Pull up some of the footage after St. Louis drafted him last year and watch all of those ‘experts’ slam them for doing it…  Year later, we have a rb taken in the top 5!  Gurley changed the game for rb’s for the next few years!

  19. Bulldawg Bob2

Brooklyndawg  and Sean Fogarty is the o-lineman from Savannah State. He has 3 years to play 3.

  20. Bulldawg Bob2

Brooklyndawg  You are thinking of the young man from Savannah State.

Catalina is graduating from Rhode Island and has just the 1 year of eligibility left to play.

  21. Bulldawg Bob2

Bulldawg36 Baylor was a good team in 2015. They played No.5 Oklahoma, No.20 Oklahoma State, and No.7 TCU including a ranked North Carolina in the bowl game and went .500 against those teams

And I watched the 2015 Texas vs Baylor game. Although Texas did get the best of the Bears in the first half,  the Longhorns just survived Baylor in the 2nd half to get a 23-17 win. I wouldn’t call it a “beat ’em down.”

Baylor beat themselves turning the ball over 4 times more than Texas beat Baylor.

  22. Bulltoad

Bulldawg Bob2 Absolutely amazing the impact of Todd Gurley on the NFL.  Nobody would touch a running back in the first round and now they all want the next Gurley.

  23. Bulldawg36

Baylor didn’t really play anybody worth a hoot. Even mediocre Texas took em to the streets and beat em down

  24. Brooklyndawg

BTW, PV, do you have any better late than never comments on UGA being “Demetrified” (DRob), the other day?

  25. Bulldawg36

We will still be the more bigger and physical team. Just got to have a good game plan going in

2017 NFL Draft: Year of the Running Back – Bleeding Green Nation

    “Nick Chubb, Georgia
If not for a horrific leg injury during the season, I would be confident in saying Chubb is the safest pro running back prospect in college football. Chubb has incredible size and strength, but is also very nimble with excellent footwork. He runs hard with excellent pad level, and his vision allows him to create plays out of nothing. Hopefully Chubb will see a full recovery because he has the talent to be a lead NFL back”

I say defense but could see him helping with RB depending on the Chubb situation…..
