    OT but because you’re dying to know: UMd Men’s Lacrosse won the Big 10 lacrosse championship today, beating a tough Rutgers team. Tomorrow the undefeated women’s team will beat a badly outgunned Northwestern team for the women’s 2016 Big10 lacrosse championship. Both will play for the Nattys, later this month.

    Hobnailboot aka RobG Bulldawg36 We feed our “vermin” (lol) out back where we feed our small deer herd. One thing I didn’t know is that raccoons can’t produce saliva so they have to wet their food with water. We have a well-supplied small upper and lower pond connected by a stream that they like. It’s neat to watch them.

    Bulldawg36  Raccoon’s are smart animals, I saw one scrounging around in a trash can at a hotel once, it got a jar of peanut butter and spun it around in it’s little hands and after about 45 seconds figured out how to get the lid off, it was kind of neat actually, he never saw me so he was oblivious, or he just didn’t care  that I was watching and was more concerned with the peanut butter

    Bulldawg36 Let me ask a simple question…why would you think that any one of us would know that? Here’s an idea, if you really need to know, Google he question. I’m betting a raccoon has a greater bite force but a possum’s teeth are not to be messed with. BTW, both species can carry rabies.

    Bulldawg Bob2 Bulldawg36 We were winning 7-1, I believe, then completely imploded. Might be getting on time to consider new coaches for our teams that play with small, medium, and large size balls, on the diamonds or courts.
