John Jenkins didn’t even start that game nor did he play much. He didn’t start coming on till the miss st game

  2. Brooklyndawg

Bulldawg36 Which was that D2 team we played last year who was supposedly lights out? If memory serves, he was bottled up real good (and I won a YOLO out it)

  3. Bulldawg36

Also all we got to do is not kick the ball to that speedy punt returner they have!

  4. Greg Poole

Brooklyndawg Every fanbase will be sure that all of the calls went against their team.

  5. Brooklyndawg

Bulldawg36 Hopefully the guys UNC lost were better than the guys UGA lost….hahaha. I’m still picking UGA to win, especially with no YOLOs.

  6. Brooklyndawg

Greg Poole It’s already making me angry. How angry? VERY ANGRY! Multiple angles from a drone and the play never turned over anyway due to insufficient evidence? Why not hire PROFESSIONAL referees in the first place, who know how to not screw up?

  7. Bulldawg36

Yep midtown… Unc still lost to sc!!!!! Unc lost some guys too!!! UGA will be ready

  8. Brooklyndawg

dsw61 ZippyMorocco ronaldo77 Greg Poole Trade you one Joe Girardi and throw in GM Cashman, from the Yankees, for probably no one. Hey, Joe has won twice as many games as Fredi (and they’re both in last place). Doesn’t seem that long ago that both clubs were waging historical battles for the WS. Sad…..

  9. Bulldawg36

Heck yeah MMCS! I truly believe he will be ready to stuff some some sec rb’s

  10. MMCSDAWG

AlphaDawg Spin off the OG and get up in the air!  Makes it hard for the QB to get the ball into the passing lane!   I have always said I wanted this kid more so than D. Brown and I’m excited to see what he does during his time at UGA.  He will be needed sooner rather than later on the DL for sure!

Bulldawg36 im just saying a lot of us thought john jenkins was going to man handle the 280 lb center for boise and it ended up being the other way around

  12. RumRunnerDoogie

Greg Poole lol click bait head line. Was interesting because it seems pittman’s ability to recruit will be a huge factor with him. Also didnt know he plans to decide before the season

  13. dsw61

ZippyMorocco ronaldo77 Greg Poole That makes sense…since the Braves are basically a AAA team this year:)

MidtownTeacher Bulldawg36 Not saying your wrong by any means and we could lose this game by all means…  I just can’t get the total lack of run defense that UNC displayed last year and I don’t see their defense being stronger this season based on recruiting and attrition.  They gave up 645 yards rushing to Baylor in the bowl game and Baylor was playing their 4-5th string QB due to the top 3 being injured.   They also gave up 300 yds rushing to Duke???  If UNC can’t stop the run, then time of possession and field position will be dictated by UGA and that is why I favor the Dawgs.

The Clemson game IMO was a trap game for Clemson and in past years they would have probably lost, they didn’t.  I also look back at the first game last year against a Pitiful USCe team, UNC didn’t look prepared in that game and couldn’t put the ball i the end zone.  They do have a new starting QB on offense this season as well, he only has a few attempts to his credit.

  15. MidtownTeacher

Bulldawg36 No way.  I think it will be UNC that wins.  I hate to say it, but Pittman won’t have had a chance to mold the O-line, lots of defensive suspensions, a new QB, Chubb not back and an extremely veteran UNC team that gave Clemson all they could handle.

I believe it will be UNC 38, UGA 24

Here is the official announcement of kickoff time for UNC

The (13) Georgia Bulldogs will face the (19) North Carolina Tar Heels to open the 2016 college football season September 3 in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game in Atlanta. Kick time has been set for 5:30 p.m. EST and the game will be nationally telecast on ESPN.
The Georgia-UNC rivalry has been on hiatus for more than 40 years, but the SEC and ACC powers will continue the series for the first time since 1971. This game marks the ninth straight year the college football season has opened on a national stage in Atlanta with two powerhouse programs in a bowl-style, blockbuster game.
Georgia and North Carolina have met 30 times since 1895, the last contest a 7-3 Georgia victory. Overall, the Bulldogs hold a 16-12-2 advantage over the Tar Heels.

RumRunnerDoogie MMCSDAWG BenKellam Greg Poole From my understanding the entire state of Louisiana is pretty broke, so money might find it’s way into the system at some point! ###   If I were a LSU kid at home in Alabama on break I would be VERY careful who I hung out with!

  18. BenKellam

MMCSDAWG BenKellam RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole The dude really screwed himself. And he can’t claim his gun was hacked either.

  19. RumRunnerDoogie

AlphaDawg MMCSDAWG BenKellam RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole first time offender might get reduced tho

  20. RumRunnerDoogie

MMCSDAWG BenKellam RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole probably, but its not in the state of bama so pressure shouldnt be that much of a issue

  21. AlphaDawg

MMCSDAWG BenKellam RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole ehh I don’t know. People of LA will be looking to get one over on Bama. Anyway they can get LSU closer to the SECCG they will imo

  22. MMCSDAWG

BenKellam RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole It will definitely be interesting to see how this GUN charge is handled by N. Saban and the Alabama gang….  I smell a serious reduction in charges coming out of no where in the near future.

  23. BenKellam

RumRunnerDoogie Greg Poole Can’t say I’m sad to see either of them suffering some.

  24. RumRunnerDoogie

ronaldo77 Greg Poole management is trying to look like they care and think they can win even though before the season everyone knew they couldnt

  25. ronaldo77

Greg Poole Seems like odd timing a little. No matter who you get right now, they will not be successful. Might as well ride him out until the season is almost done, then start fresh in the new ballpark.

I would think they would just promote Terry Pendleton or Bo Porter for the remander of the season.

  26. RumRunnerDoogie

Greg Poole if games didnt take too long to begin with…if the on field refs dont call it then so be it.

  27. Greg Poole

I’m going to the final UGA/Tech game at Turner Field tonight – Yell at me if you attend.

  28. RumRunnerDoogie

Greg Poole no surprise, doubt any manager could win with a roster filled with guys who would be in the minors on other teams

  29. Greg Poole

BenKellam Not sure if other conferences have adopted it but it is not an NCAA requirement.
