    So the image of Heath Holder on the front page caught my attention. Tip for the UGA pitchers. Work on keeping your back heel down…in contact with the ground…a little longer…maybe one frame to one and half frames longer. If you do that you will stay into your legs longer…get more meaningful back leg extension…which will increase your velocity without putting stress on your arm. More like pitchers Nolan Ryan and Kershaw. I don’t like Kershaw’s arm pitcher in this image at that point in his delivery, but he does get good back leg extension.

    MMCSDAWG AlphaDawg I stopped making them after I made some and the recruits went elsewhere. LOL I figured why and the heck am I doing this?

    AlphaDawg MMCSDAWG That’s cool, and I’m sure he will like it!  Getting Jacoby would be a big time commit for Kirby and the boys!
