The best OL that was available. The bama Center was there. Just saying Falcons need OL help in a bad way.

  2. BenKellam

websater I definitely think they misused him. He would have been our best pass rusher by a good bit last season. What were they doing putting him at MLB?

  3. dsw61

So tired of pundits on ESPN describing college kids who get caught smoking weed…a mistake. Makes me wonder how many “mistakes” Tunsil and Nkemdiche have made while in HS and during the last three years at Ole Miss.

  4. Brooklyndawg

I don’t think the NCAA will do squat but, on the other hand, they would drool over UGA self-reporting. I just don’t want to read any CKS guilt-by-association crap either. The AJC is probably already preparing their text.

  5. Brooklyndawg

You HATE THE DRAFT, but if you need to know when to begin hating, it’s 7 PM tonight

  6. CLTDawg

ZippyMorocco CLTDawg I would have probably been fine with both of those picks, too. But Having NKemdichi in Atlanta, where he’s from, surrounded by all the trouble he’s surrounded himself with his whole life would make me nervous if I was about to pay a guy millions of dollars. I think being out in AZ will be good for him.

  7. Bulldawg36

I hope not either but it is what it is. I don’t think the NCAA will do anything to bama- they couldn’t mess with Cam at auburn

  8. Brooklyndawg

Kirby is D coach there when their d-line coach screws up by getting caught. I hope that CKS isn’t questioned on what did he know and when did he know it.

  9. AlphaDawg

NKemdichi  reminds me of the player on Ballers who’s friend (brother) mooches off him until he’s broke

  10. Reddawg13

I don’t know how to post hudl vids on here. But a kid I coached in rec ball Kereon Merrell has his highlights up now. He is out in Dodge Kansas on a scholarship right now and has some D-1 interest. Thanks Friends!

I’m afraid I have to agree with his coach. Some people get to wrapped up in the decision of an 18 year old kid…..jmo of course

AlphaDawg CLTDawg BenKellam toss in an aggressive offensive coach and WR coach and it is a formula for fireworks.

  13. BahitsAgain

Rescue Dawg It is very sad.  My niece is at UGA and the same age range.  We had a brief scare and got in touch with her.  I know it is a little irrational, but human nature.  I can only imagine the grief that the family and friends of those young women are going through.  It is very sad.

  14. Rescue Dawg

Just stopping by to say hello.
Would also like to express my sympathies to the families and friends of those kids that tragically lost their lives.
    Stay safe folks.

  15. CLTDawg

DawgByte He’s got a point. It’s his college decision, and the only reason anyone else knows about it is because DRob’s a big time football player. It’s not like he owes us anything, lol.

  16. AlphaDawg

CLTDawg AlphaDawg BenKellam Exactly. I’m very happy with the turn around at Wr. OH and I forgot about Ridley. Kid looks like Godwin last year

  17. AlphaDawg

BenKellam Ever since Gday, I’ve been less stressed about it. Chigbu looked like Michael Bennett, Stanley looking like Tavarres King, TGod doing his best AJ Green impression and the TE game was heavy and involved.

  18. CLTDawg

BenKellam We got a lot of guys kind of clustered around. Lots of depth, just not sure who’s going to assert themselves as the main starters. Good problem to have, though!

  19. BenKellam

Man after looking over Huck’s projected depth chart for this season, I’m way less worried about our receivers than I was. Were looking good. Eason will have a lot to work with.

  20. CLTDawg

AlphaDawg CLTDawg BahitsAgain I’d love him in the third, but I think someone will bite on him in the late second.

  21. CLTDawg

BenKellam CLTDawg BahitsAgain AlphaDawg There are just rarely UGA players coming out at the position and draft value that matches the Falcons. People forget that when they made the Julio trade, they were really trying to move up for AJ, but the Bengals wouldn’t budge off the pick.

Plus, it’s not like NFL teams really make it a priority to draft guys who played at the local college. No team does that, but UGA/Falcon fans sure seem to have a problem with it.

  22. BahitsAgain

BenKellam BahitsAgain Bulldawg36 oh, grief.  Don’t give BD26 any more off the wall ideas.  Think of his poor wife before introducing him to more conspiracy theories.  lol
