CADE MAYS, No. 77

A 6-foot-6 and 318 lbs sophomore offensive lineman, Mays was part of Georgia’s 2018 signing class out of Knoxville Catholic High School in Knoxville, TN. Mays played in 11 of the Bulldogs 14 games, starting 7 of them, as a true freshman. His outstanding performance earned him Freshman All-American and Freshman All-SEC honors. So far, in 2019, Mays has played in and started in all 4 of UGA’s games.

NOLAN SMITH, No. 4

Some Dawg fans may not be familiar with outside linebacker Nolan Smith‘s name or number yet as he is one of the University of Georgia’s true freshman via the 2019 recruiting class, but it shouldn’t take long. Smith signed with the Bulldogs out of IMG Academy, Bradenton, FL but is from Savannah, GA. So far, the 6-foot-3 and 235 lbs backer has flashed his talent and athletic ability in the four games Georgia has played.

MARK WEBB, JR., No. 23

Defensive back Mark Webb is a 6-foot-1 and 200 lbs junior who hails from Philadelphia, PA. Webb signed with the University of Georgia in the recruiting class of 2017 from Archbishop Wood High School as a wide receiver but would switch to defense and the defensive back position within three months of arriving on campus.

As a true freshman, Webb played in 13 games for the Bulldogs in 2017, primarily on special teams, and as a sophomore in 2018, he played in 14 games, earning his first start versus Middle Tennessee State. In 2019, as Webb has continued to grow as a player and learn the defensive back position and playing in the secondary on defense, he has played in four games, starting three, for Georgia at the STAR position.

Through those four games, Webb leads the team in solo tackles with 13 and is second in total tackles with 19.
