After the UGA men’s basketball team defeats the Valdosta State Blazers 93-81 in an exhibition game on Friday night at Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, senior Tyree Crump and freshman Anthony Edwards talk about the game and the win.

Edwards has a spectacular debut, leading all Bulldogs with 18-points with 7-of-11 shooting from the floor. Crump was right behind the young Dawg with 15-points of his own. In addition to Crump and Edwards, two more Georgia players finished the night with double digits with Rayshaun Hammonds posting 16 and freshman Sahvir Wheeler adding 10.

Georga’s next opponent is next week versus the 49ers, an exhibition road game in Charlotte on Friday, October 25. The Bulldogs will host Western Carolina for their season opener in Stegeman on Tuesday, November 5, at 7:00 p.m.
