Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

Greg Poole oh i wasnt complaining lol. but every few years UGA has had very heavy classes and the next only about 3 spots.

Softball gets 12 ‘ships and it is an equivalency sport – that means that most of them get partial ships.

Greg Poole RumRunnerDoogie well we can all agree the dawgs have way over preformed this year in softball lol. anything after beating the number 1 team is icing on the cake

Greg Poole yea idk what it is, 1st base has had a rough time in OKC and hugo messed up a bit yesterday. they could catch them in foul territory but not in the field. You can even look at the UF and FSU defense and just be like “uhhhhh….what was that”

  5. RumRunnerDoogie

DawgLink after all last year was the better team but yet this year they make it to OKC

  6. RumRunnerDoogie

DawgLink what year is that blonde that came in yesterday? not to sure since wilkinson was the starter day one she showed up and did pretty good

Greg Poole think they had a big senior class a year ago, i know softball dont get many schollies at all

  8. Greg Poole

I hope they have some pitching coming up for 16-17 – with Wilkinson leaving they lose a ton.

Greg Poole think the dawgs have watched the braves too much, errors bite back already

Hope we can do it. But we need for somebody to knock auburn off. Don’t think we can beat them in softball..at least this year..now in football it’s a different story- we have beaten them 8 of 10..I can tell ya now I love richt for that. Kirby is used to beating auburn as well. I hope we continue the dominance and I think we will.

DawgDaddy I hope that Jake Ganus makes it too.  But the Vikes have a deep roster at LB and it won’t be easy to catch on there.  Good luck to Jake!

Bulldawg36  After they have another sub-par season, it won’t matter as Gus and crew will no longer be around.  I looked at their schedule and who they signed this past year and I honestly see a realistic possibility of them losing approximately half their games.  After UGA fired CMR for averaging 10 wins a season and LSU was on the cusp of firing Miles for a winning % higher than that (plus a natty thrown in), I just don’t see Gus surviving another disappointing season.  When that happens, all those recruits who committed to the Barn will be looking for new homes, but there may not be slots available at UGA, except for the most elite of recruits, as I have a feeling our class will be pretty close to full by the end of the season.

He was so impressed with Eason and has UGA on top but after his visit with the barn he is wavering a bit now. I hate auburn!!!!

The havent haven’t either really since Murray left. Hopefully that changes with Eason and departure of shotty

    That’s just crazy!
What are they selling at the Barn that makes top WRs want to play in a QB run oriented offense?
