NEWS & NOTES: The Bulldogs offered Mwikuta back in January. Like Northside’s Caleb Johnson, Troup County’s King Mwikuta has a big frame and is athletic, and he could play at ILB, OLD, or WDE at the collegiate level. Mwikuata visited the Dogs back in June, and he also visited Alabama and Auburn over the summer. Right now, the early 2019 recruiting battle looks to be between Bama and Georgia. Mwikuta and Troup County are currently 3-0 on the year and will host Lamar County High School on Thursday night.
