KEARIS JACKSON

NEWS & NOTES: Jackson has had an offer from the Georgia staff for over a year, and he visited UGA for G-Day back on April 22nd. On June 28th, Jackson put the Dogs in his top 8, and the talented Peach State receiver will make his final decision from those 8 schools and announce his commitment on August 19th at 4:00 p.m. ET from Peach County High School. So what is Georgia’s chances? I say that the Dogs are still considered a favorite here, and I am not the only one. Jackson’s HS team has a home scrimmage next Friday on Aug. 11th versus Northside.

ELIJAH MOORE
CLASS: 2018
POSITION: No. 38 WR
HT, WT: 5 foot 10.5, and 170 lbs
SCHOOL: Saint Thomas Aquinas High School
CITY, STATE: Fort Lauderdale, FL
STATUS: Undeclared
UGA OFFER: Yes.
# OFFERS: 33
NEWS & NOTES: Moore has a lot of offers from major FBS programs, and when you watch his tape you can see why. While not the biggest receiver, he does a good job working out of the slot and is a dangerous punt returner, not unlike former Bulldog receiver Isaiah McKenzie in that he will make defenders miss in the open field. I think he is a better ‘catcher’ of the ball at this point in his development than McKenzie.

TERRELL PERRIMAN

SCHOOL: Miami-Central High School
CITY, STATE: Miami, FL
STATUS: Undeclared
UGA OFFER: Yes, offered on 01/18/2017.
# OFFERS: 15
NEWS & NOTES: While not as highly ranked as the other three WRs featured on today’s recruiting daily page, Perriman is as talented IMO. Georgia offered the south Florida talent back in January, and he came up to Athens, camped and visited UGA on June 3rd. Not long afterward, Perriman put the Dogs in his top 9 schools he released on June 14th along with two other SEC programs LSU and Tennessee.
