Greg Poole dsw61 Is that Simmons and did he actually catch that ball? I haven’t see any clips or images of him at any of UGA’s practices.

bahits dsw61 Look at the position of Lambert’s chest compared to Vaughn’s chest. I haven’t looked at Vaughn’s throwing motion, but anytime the shoulders are sideways or partially sideways to the intended target, the more it will appear the ball is behind the head. Lambert’s shoulders are almost square to his target and the ball is behind his head. As Vaughn’s shoulders rotate around a little more the ball will be more out to the side of his head. My guess is that Vaughn throws like most everyone else and the image of Vaughn has more to do with camera angle. I’m on my laptop right now, but when I get home I will post a clip of Lambert from my desktop.

I saw Godwin’s Mom and Dad yesterday. Mr Godwin said he is feeling great and he looks healthy.

Reddawg13 DawgByte  I am sure he has been hitting the weights.

Big Country is at 341 lbs and ya’ll remember Bynum who played at TE last year? He put on 20 to 25 lbs is up to 292 lbs.

I agree.  Davis is a physical specimen but that physical advantage over DB’s will be less pronounced if not completely gone on the college level.  He may still be a very good college WR but I’d rather have speed all day.

That’s a very good point that you learn a lot more about a player from watching the games than just the highlights.

DawgByte  Aye. Solomon Kindley was 370 lbs and is down to 336 lbs on the latest Fall Camp roster.

    Good morning BI!

Headed to a birthday party in just a little bit, but your evening and Night Crew BD Illustrated DJ will be back on this afternoon.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Greg Poole Reddawg13 I didn’t see this post, but I agree with you guys based on what I wrote above. This kid will start for UGA next year. If he can’t slot in at OG, I say make him a Center, if he’s got the leadership skills to call the LOS.

    Good morning Dawgs!
Just saw a picture of Solomon Kindley… wow talk about a transformation!!! He’s dramatically reduced a ton of bad fat and added a lot more muscle. Again this S&C staff is working wonders! Watch out for Kindley, as he was underrated in HS. I watched his highlight reel a couple of times and he’s got all the ability Pittman needs to make him a successful starting OG. IMO one day it will be Big Country on one side and Solomon on the other.

Saban is sweatin bullets over the resurgent UGA!

First evidence was way over paying their strength coach to keep him from coming to the good guys.   The most recent is the denial of transfer of that DB who had graduated.
We got him just where we want him!!!

  11. Reddawg13

Greg Poole Reddawg13 He was athletic at that larger size, he must be moving a lot better now.

  12. Reddawg13

Greg Poole Reddawg13 The long touch pass he threw in the G game was very impressive! Chaney The Pie Lover is Ramsey’s savior!

  13. Reddawg13

Greg Poole Reddawg13 Me too Greg! I believe we win it and in good fashion, but I guarantee one thing, we will be ready and will not act lost and un-prepared!

Fan Day wasn’t a 93K attendance record because of the weather conditions and I don’t blame anyone for not showing up.    I also give great credit to the Coaches and Players that are out there daily in the hot sun and working damm hard in preparing for the season.    We owe our coaches and players a lot of respect for being so dedicated and working so hard.      Weather can force mistakes and hardship for our great team.

Eason and other made some great plays and some not so great.     In the extreme conditions of being so hot and having their football gear and helmets on, we (the Fans) have to give some thought that under or over thrown passes could be because of the heat, even though the QB/WR/TE gave it their all.     Keep up the great work and hopefully, it should be a little cooler on September 3rd when you can go out and kick some butt.

IMO, it was Great Work for the Coaches and Players and thanks to the FANS who withstood the weather condition and gave our team their full support, this Fan Day 2016.    GO DAWGS.
