    Greg Poole  Not a fan of holding the ball so high…but that’s what’s commonly taught out of ignorance. It’s much more natural to hold the ball at about the level of the “G” on his shirt.

    “When I first got into the league, I held the ball really high. That was the standard in college, and it messed up my timing a bit — the draw, bringing it back, then the release… You’re taught to get back as deep as you can, but you can never throw the ball out on time when you do that.” — Aaron Rogers

    “In Aaron Rodgers’ particular situation, he had a very high ball carriage which I felt there was a stiffness to the way he carried the ball, it wasn’t as natural because he is a very good athlete and it’s something you didn’t see in my opinion in his earlier days, how good of an athlete he was and I think it’s something we’ve adjusted and he’s very natural with it.     Lucas Rogers PTCDawg Greg Poole Anything can happen. But I note that 8 of our 13 commits are rated higher than the highest rated of the 16 SCar has to date. Their average commit rating is 84.54 and I just dont think a guy like Jamyest would want to be a part of that. Besides, its Columbia for petes sake. :>)

    He’s the best cover CB in this class and maybe the most athletic. No way our staff can say no to Jamyest. Now it’s up to like 5 cbs to the gamecocks

    I see now. My brother wants me to go to Columbia when UGA plays them. But I don’t think I can. I will have to have about 5 Valiums!! Lol
