BTW, if you want to know what me and RobDawg are talking about –

RobDawg You bet. Get some rest and talk to you tomorrow.
Thanks bud! Ok I’m caught up. I’m wired still from driving but have to force myself to sleep. Checking out. Thanks for hanging with me so late
Finally made it back that far. I get the picture now. Wish him the best in the future. Come on Mcbride! Immediate seating ….
RobDawg I don’t think it was so much family pressure and family helped him to make a tough decision.
This probably will best sum it up for you though. http://bulldawgillustrated.com/breaking-news-inside-linebacker-tim-kimbrough-transferring/
Michael Pope may know more than I though.
RobDawg Hopefully none of those athletes come back with some funky bug.
I just started reading that and sounds like he didn’t want to but family pressure? Or do I need to go further back?
RobDawg did you see the news that Georgia senior inside linebacker Tim Kimbrough is leaving and most likely transferring to another school?
Pea soup is what it looks like. It was cloudy a couple days ago but now has a full on algae bloom from not keeping chemistry in scych. Any summer part time lifeguard could have measured the alkalinity levels well enough with their plastic squeeze bottle kit during hourly checks to figure that out.
RobDawg Aye. You will hear Alabama fans play this down, but Smith was expected to be a major factor in the defensive secondary for the Tide this season in nickel and dime packages.
At the worst, he gives the Dawgs some immediate depth at DB for 2016.
RobDawg I haven’t had a chance to watch the Olympics the last couple of days, except from video highlights and updates posted here and on social media, but yeah. I noticed that the pool looked a whee bit cringe worthy.
That will be fun. Kirby obviously knows this guys ability so looking forward to welcoming him on board.
RobDawg Good evening/morning RobDawg. Sounds like you had a busy day.
As of right now, Georgia is where Maurice Smith wants to transfer to; so, yeah. Pretty much. If the SEC grants him a waiver to play immediately, he could join the team this week. How quickly the conference makes a decision is the clinch pen now.
Holy crap that outdoor diving pool looks disgusting
Been gone all day -drove to Nashville , unloaded a cargo trailer, set up bed and TV, then drive back home just now walked in the door. Trying to catch up from total absense of using my iPad today. So Smith is actually coming , if SEC grants it? Would he put on a red helmet and start practicing right away?
Rickpope2330 That is a tough to predict, but he is a very talented football player and cornerback. He was rated a high four-star defensive back prospect coming out of high school in the recruiting class of 2013, and he was pretty much considered one of the Tide’s most probable starter at the nickel back position for this season until he decided he wanted to transfer.
But I do see him being able to make an impact. I would not be surprised if he was able to break into that group of 6 to 8 DBs defensive coordinator Mel Tucker is looking for to utilize this season. He would probably be in that top 6 group.
All that being said, he is going to be behind the rest of the defensive secondary Bulldawgs by about two weeks if and when he does get to UGA, which all depends on the SEC at this point granting him a waiver to play immediately instead of having to sit out a year.
@bulldawgbob2 do you think Maurice smith even makes an impact at Uga?
