Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

DawgDaddy I doubt there is much of a shot at him but Kirby is getting UGA on most major prospects’ lists. That can not be a bad thing.

Greg Poole Sink or swim. They’re choosing to swim which is good. I wonder how much it’s going to be though? I assume they won’t reach much further than the $20/m bubble.

Greg Poole I still have cable so I am glad ESPN is trying this instead of raising my cable bill.

“I think it’s all predicated on whether or not (running back) Nick Chubb’s healthy. A lot of it’s going to be on Jacob Eason. That kid’s going to be fantastic, but how good is he going to be early?”
Concerning Chubb’s health: “I think (Kirby Smart) probably had hoped to hold him back a little bit early, but now I don’t know that he’s going to have that luxury because of the Sony Michel injury. Everything I’ve heard is that Chubb’s going to be ready to go.
“They have to get a lot better on the offensive line. Defensively, they’re going to be pretty good. (Linebacker) Natrez Patrick is going to be a superstar.
“Their schedule, out of the top three contenders, is probably the softest.”
