    Greg Poole Very good Article…  new see something like that from AJC, there wasn’t any hyperbole or cliche gotcha quote lines.  This guy just writes a good article and nothing fruity!

    Greg Poole somehow they still have 10 commits this year and a #31 class.  Did those kids grow up without ESPN, newspapers, internet and sports talk??????

    As for more talent, they lost some big time talent from last season.  The game they play the week before us will be a crystal ball.

    MMCSDAWG Greg Poole I think we were fortunate to get 10 last year.  Lambert got lucky a lot of times when the defense dropped balls he threw right at them.  Other times he seemed to stand around for 5 or 6 seconds and then would throw a deep pass that would be short of the receiver.  Passes he might of had a shot at, if he had released at the 4 to 5 second mark.

    Maybe, he has improved under the new coaches, but I don’t think they can make his wheels work any better.  He moves like a kids electric yard car as the battery is dying.

    Greg Poole If he made good decisions and was everything that Greg McElroy believes he was, then why was he replaced in the MOST important game of our season last year???  Again, i like Lambert and I will support him as our starter if he trots out there on Sept 3, but hind sight is always 20/20.  Go back and watch our tapes from last year against UTk and against Ga. Southern.  I know he made the throw that was dropped that would have been a TD, but instead of focusing on that, go back and look at the rest of the game and watch our offense and specifically our QB play.  All I’m saying is 10 wins sounds great and believe me I’ll take 10 wins this season and be a happy camper, but it wasn’t pretty and our offense and QB play was sub par at BEST.  If we are without Chubb and Michel, then all the more reason to start Eason, we will need to rely on our QB/WR/TE’s to get the job done and I want the guy that can make all the throws and hit those tight windows.  I’m still sticking with Eason.

    BahitsDawg Would Martians be illegal? I guess it would require a dome to keep them out…and then they would vaporize it. Would the dome have to have a bottom? You know, tunneling.

    @DDaddy…. He was asked that and said he didn’t feel any additional pressure to win this year. They were in it for the long term….gave himself an out. Not sure that will fly with his fan base…

    BahitsDawg I keep saying it over and over, with all of that brick by brick crap and cliche spouting he better win it this year because this is his one chance for a while IMO.
