    Greg Poole Malzahn has to be the most overrated coach in the SEC IMO.  I hope he stays at AU for a few more years.

    Watched the recent Chad Simmons interview with Trevor Lawrence and I’m not thrilled with what I see at the 1:03 mark. Can we please put a stop to the one knee throwing drill. Just because everyone does it, doesn’t mean it’s beneficial. More proof to me these coaches don’t understand the importance of the relationship between the lower half and the upper half. Yeah they say you need to coordinate both to throw well, but they don’t know how to explain it or teach it.
