Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

SavDawg306  Not political but financial, IMHO. The same is true in Augusta and Macon. Suburban public schools with active parent/booster involvement and financial support have viable programs.

Always has been. Some of the larger public schools definitely could have the talent but I think it’s a lack of focus on sports. It seems like the better athletes go to one of the private schools for better coaching. Gets political…

Greg Poole That thing packs a major punch. Especially the ones with the shorter barrel like that one. One of the largest caliber production handguns made. And it has a hair trigger. She probably wasn’t even expecting it to go off as soon as it did.

SavDawg306 i mean savannah isnt a small city but yet is apparently very short on talent

I’d like to say yes bc I played there but no haha. I would say BC, Calvary, and Christian usually have the better talent. All 3 are small private schools.

TtownDawg  might be a while then, we teed off at 8, I was through by 10:45, it was a 3 man scramble.  we were -10.  No mulligan, string or any silly stuff.  3 teams tied out of 6 and we lost on regression.
