freddawg Bulldawg Bob2 lol a lot of heads would be exploding. Its not likely tho since the US are considered the top team in this event

    Allyson Felix bumped on 4×100 relay;
“The U.S. women’s 4×100 relay dropped the baton on the second exchange on Thursday in the qualifying heats, knocking them out of the final. However, Allyson Felix was bumped right before she got to the zone. A U.S. appeal was upheld.
    The statement from the IAAF:
“The Jury of Appeals for the Rio Games upheld the USA’s appeal, saying that Felix was indeed obstructed on the second exchange. The relay team will re-run the race alone tonight (7 p.m. ET), needing to post a time of at least 42.70 seconds to advance into the finals.
“But a successful re-run will create a second problem: Both China and Canada finished with identical 42.70-second times. Therefore, should the USA post a faster time, China and Canada would need to race again to decide which team makes the eight-country final.”

Bulltoad Bulldawg Bob2 revtizzy yea i thought the whole issue was the surrounding area wasnt exactly worth going to a game for

  4. Bulltoad

Bulldawg Bob2 revtizzy It’s funny how the mayor is now eager to develop the area around Turner field.  The only reason the Braves left is because they wouldn’t do it.

  5. AlphaDawg

Bulldawg Bob2 Greg Poole I can listen to that with a strong frozen drink on the beach all day

Multimillion-dollar plan unveiled to turnTurner Field into a football stadium for Georgia State.

The Latest on plans to redevelop Atlanta’s Turner Field for use by Georgia State University (all times local):
    11 a.m.
Atlanta’s mayor says the multi-million-dollar deal to redevelop Turner Field into a football stadium for Georgia State University represents “a new beginning” for several neighborhoods on the city’s south side.

BroDawg Nothing inside but I have been watching him. I think he will contribute in more than one way this year. He may be a little slow getting fully confident – think Godwin last year.

  8. AlphaDawg

Bulldawg Bob2 Bulltoad AlphaDawg I think I’d rather pry all my toenails off with a spoon.

  9. AlphaDawg

BroDawg Bulldawg Bob2 I’ve heard he’s doing well with the DBs. Expect him to be on P and K coverage. with iMac

  10. Bulldawg Bob2

Bulltoad AlphaDawg I’d rather be stuck in traffic in Atlanta on 85 in a Yugo with no AC and a AM radio that only picks up Mexican polka tunes.

  11. Bulltoad

AlphaDawg Bulldawg Bob2 Can you imagine if you had to talk to Butch Jones everyday.  Sounds painful.

  12. Bulldawg Bob2

BroDawg RumRunnerDoogie Bulldawg Bob2  You could see Mecole on kick returns and Joystick on punt returns. He’ll play a lot on special teams and then worked in on defense as needed. He’ll play for sure. Lot of depth and experience at DB in the secondary for this season; so, I expect him to have a larger role on defense as a sophomore next year.

  13. BroDawg

RumRunnerDoogie BroDawg Bulldawg Bob2 Yeah – was kinda hoping to see him get some special team experience… I imagine it is difficult to compete with the Joystick though…

  14. RumRunnerDoogie

BroDawg Bulldawg Bob2 well no inside scoop but he is part of a very deep and experienced DB group

  15. BroDawg

I’ve heard a lot of freshman names being dropped but haven’t heard too much on Mecole? Bulldawg Bob2 or Greg any inside noise here?

  16. AlphaDawg

Bulldawg Bob2 AlphaDawg Lamberts first two possessions is a safety. He get’s pulled and Eason scores 103

  17. Bulldawg Bob2

AlphaDawg and Alpha shoots for the moon. The 4 for UNC is interesting though. Is that what Coach Smart decide’s to spot them in the 4th so they don’t feel so bad? ####

  18. Bulldawg Bob2

AlphaDawg Bulldawg Bob2  Talked to a couple of Vol guys that cover recruiting and they said they think Gibbs is all Dawg at this point.

  19. AlphaDawg

Bulldawg Bob2 AlphaDawg Yup I’ve heard great things about Warner. Hearing he’s one of our top priority LBs. Gibbs is going more and more to UGA with his cousin being there. UT I hear is falling behind.

Holloman will be an interesting one. Heard him and Bootch talk every day.

  20. Bulldawg Bob2

AlphaDawg Doubt any commitments, but just both players really trending for the Bulldawgs and feel good about Georgia.

  21. Bulldawg36

I will make my prediction on the week of. I got to see who’s gonna be healthy enough to play

  22. Bulldawg Bob2

Lot of buzz around Georgia and 2017 DB prospect DeAngelo Gibbs as well as LB Leonard Warner.

  23. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie Yep and Mack Hollins and Ryan Switzer are good, experienced receivers. That sophomore TE, Fritts is also pretty good.

  24. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie I’m right there with you Rummy. I’m thinking Georgia over UNC 27-21.
