With Harrison High School’s Justin Fields committing to UGA for the 2018 class, and Georgia having sophomore Jacob Eason and true freshman Jake Fromm on the roster along with talented preferred walk-on freshman Stetson “The Mailman” Bennett IV, one might question how important 2019 quarterback recruiting would be. As we have seen with Jacob Eason going down with an injury in the Bulldogs’ first game of the season, which, thankfully was not a season-ending one, depth is so important; therefore, it is still key to sign a scholarship quarterback in 2019. Let’s take a look at three 2019 quarterback prospects and one 2020 in today’s UGA recruiting daily thread.
