    Because we are talking food, I just pulled these boneless ribs off my Davy Crockett.  It is a little early for dinner, but I am tempted to get everything else ready.  Middle son is boiling potatoes – I wanted rice, but oh, well, he is the second chef tonight and wanted potatoes and broccoli.  Sample of ribs got a “Perfect!” from my youngest son.  🙂  Good eats my friends.  Good Eats on a rainy night in Georgia!

    It’s strange to hear about Dixon. I thought he was all dawg. It’s gotta be because the staff has cooled on him. I love his tape I really think he’s going to be better than Mcbride. He makes a ton of plays and you can’t teach his instincts and football savy. Mcbride is quicker but just looks stiff on the field.

    Louisiana-Lafayette: Head coach Mark Hudspeth is confident that his Ragin’ Cajuns will be back on track after a subpar 2015 season with a retooled defense and an offense that will rely on the playmaking of running back Elijah McGuire. Former LSU quarterback Anthony Jennings could also add needed leadership to the team.
    The Cajuns have never beaten an SEC team in their history, but they’ll have a chance in mid-November when they head to Georgia to face the Bulldogs. They will be massive underdogs against the Dawgs, who are ranked 16th in the preseason polls. However, if Jennings can add a strong dual-threat attack to help McGuire and the defense is strong against the run, there’s a small chance that ULL can sneak out of Athens with an upset win.
