He is a great coach but definitely a wild card. Either you are in his good graces or you are gone.

DawgLink I don’t know what he said after the game, but he said before the game, this team needs to grow up fast or we will have to start talking about next year. Like him or not (which I do) he is one hell of a coach!

shorties” they weren’t tall enough was most definitely the worst part of my job.
Space Mountain will celebrate its 40th anniversary this January. The attraction opened on January 15, 1975.
When you enter the queue and walk downstairs, you are literally crossing UNDER the Walt Disney World Railroad. And Space Mountain Cast Members must cross the railroad tracks to enter the building.
There are two tracks that are mirror images of one another. Most guests swear that they went on a different ride when they go on the track to the left (Track A or the Alpha Track) or to the right (Track B or the Omega Track). They are sort of correct. The tracks are exactly the same except one makes left turns and one makes right turns. They are literal mirror images of one another. Track A at the very end is ten feet longer to cross over Track B, but that is the only difference.
Max speed is (believe it or not) 27 miles per hour. When scared guests approached me outside the attraction, I’d tell them, “Would you get scared in a convertible going 27mph?” They’d laugh – and then I’d say that’s how fast this ride goes. While the dark makes it considerably more frightening, it still isn’t going very fast! If you ever have the opportunity to ride with the lights on, you’ll see its not very scary at all!
If Space Mountain is broken down, take a ride on the TTA PeopleMover. When Space Mountain is down, the lights automatically turn on for the Cast Members to reset the ride. When you go through the Mountain on the PeopleMover, you’ll get a great view of the track with the lights on.
Cast Members walk the entire track every single night for lost and found. If you have a severe fear of heights, Space Mountain is probably not the ride for you to work on. We found the usual items each night (cameras, hats, ears, glasses) as well as things you’d never believe, including false teeth, hairpieces, shoes, etc. All items are tagged and brought to Guest Relations right after park closing.
Each rocket ship must have at least five guests. When you see the cast members running around looking for a party of one or two, there’s a reason for it. If the cars don’t have enough weight or if they run with less than five guests, the control tower must put a delay on the next rocket ship so it doesn’t catch up to the one in front of it.

Greg Poole DawgLink Hope you’re right about Dixon and Gibbs. They are best friends. If Dixon starts visiting Tennessee I’m going to get a little concerned about Gibbs. Dixon grew up a Florida fan so I expect him to take some visits there.

Greg Poole That is good stuff right there , I want what is best for the team but I hope Brice gets some QB PT.

Bulldawg36 Depends when you go and how late at night you stay in the park. There are times when you can literally get off the major rides, walk back to the entrance and walk right back on. A few years ago we were the last riders down on Space Mountain. My wife, two girls and I got on the ride and I turn around and see the cast members who work the ride in the cars behind us. That’s how I learned how the cast members leave work and get back down:)

960 the ref needs to start talking more about UGA football!!! It’s time fellas!! The season is amongst my brothers!! Can I get an amen???

  8. Bansai buckeroo

And you wonder why kids are having to move back in with their parents after college…##

  9. Bansai buckeroo

I try not to get too caught up in this emotional roller coaster called college recruiting…. Just isn’t worth it.

  10. AlphaDawg

Greg Poole AlphaDawg reason I’m asking is D’andre Walker’s snapchat showed him blowing up, and that’s probably respectful for the OT that was guarding him during practice/scrimmage. He blew him over twice! Flat out on his back. Who ever it was, (hard to read the second number, it starts with a 5)

  11. RobDawg

Wow the announcers say that this was Belue’s first completed pass of the ball game which came with 2:12 to go in the 4th quarter. I knew we were run heavy back then but that’s crazy

  12. DawgLink

I would like to know what CRP of Colquitt said after their loss. I know they lost like 22 people to graduation. I bet he won’t use it as an excuse though

  13. DawgLink

Don’t agree with UGA or TCU being in that group. We have too much talent around to go backwards. TCU scores a lot. My reasons

  14. AlphaDawg

DawgLink Can’t read the article, but I can see a preview of Rusty saying, “both parties on same page UGA is in good shape on this position” – I’m willing to bet he follows Jaymest to USCjr

  15. AlphaDawg

Morning Folks, so what do y’all think about the Dixon de-commit? I’m usually the last to pump out those lame excuses about “we’ve got higher people up our board” or “he’s not that good anyways” etc, but his statement of (paraphrasing) ‘ UGA will remain high on my list if they want to continue recruiting me’ was very interesting.

Georgia will finish higher than 18: The Bulldogs figured to be somewhere in the mid-to-low-teens. Any higher and they would’ve been overranked. The obvious questions: 1) Quarterback. True freshman http://www.myajc.com/news/sports/college/jacob-eason-good-but-93000-is-highlight-of-georgia/nq6jz/and wind up as the starter, even if Greyson Lambert starts the opener. True freshmen, no matter how talented, make mistakes; 2) Defensive line. The Dogs are thin up front and are expected to be without the suspended Jonathan Ledbetter for at least a few games (though coach Kirby Smart has yet to say how many). Even then, there has to be a question about Ledbetter’s conditioning and state of mind after treatment following two alcohol-related arrests; 3) New head coach. While many are excited about Smart’s arrival from Alabama, believing Georgia needed a fresh start and https://www.dawgnation.com/football/team-news/is-sabans-magic-transferable-to-other-schools, he’s never been a head coach before. Georgia’s biggest tests will come in the first five weeks: North Carolina in the opener at the Georgia Dome, then at Ole Miss and home against Tennessee in Weeks 4 and 5. Getting the Volunteers in Athens is key. If the Dogs come through that early stretch clean, they’ll be back in the Dome for the SEC championship game. My guess: They will, and they’ll finish higher than 18th.
