So am I right in thinking more times than not (let’s say 7 out of 10 times), that the CFB playoff will feature one of Michigan/OSU and one of FSU/Clemson, due to how soft those schedules are

Bulldawg Bob2 These lists are funny. Pretty hard to make a list of starters before many coaches have named one.

  3. RumRunnerDoogie

just read that article about ramsey and his family, man do i know about being a navy kid and what that crazy life.

I think UGA can finish with the #3 class this year, I have us just reaching 300 points on 247. However this is contingent on flipping big man Solomon

Greg Poole It still seems premature to categorize Kirby.  He’ll obviously use a lot of things he learned at Alabama, because that’s where he’s been for the last 9 years.  But Kirby’s career started diverging from Saban last January and his mindset about what works at Georgia will evolve dramatically over time.

Bulldawg36  You forgot to check the first games Wally Butts and Harry Mehre. History has zero to do with the outcome, except for the history of preparation and experience of the current staff and players.

Greg Poole Bulldawg36 yep.  How many eggs has OSU laid over the last 20 years?

I think they got lucky the first playoff year.  To go through that many QBs and each one being better than the other should not happen.

BroDawg Hobnailboot aka RobG 4 of their recruits are Florida boys.  1 Texas and 1 California.

None of them spent much time up their in the winter, I am guessing.  I get bone chills just thinking about that cold.

  9. Greg Poole

Bulldawg36  Another way to view that is untested and not used to stiff competition come playoff time.

Hobnailboot aka RobG 6 5*s according to 247 composite.

I am pulling for this to be the most overrated and biggest BUSTer class ever.  I hope they don’t make it to a bowl at least twice and never win a bowl.

Urban the Turban irritates me more than any other coach.  He has weasel written all over him.

  11. Bulldawg36

Only Michigan will challenge em in that weak conference. So they’ll be fresh and ready come playoff time

Greg Poole That’s our local afternoon sports radio nerd, Frank Frangie….  He’s alright to listed to, but by no means an indepth analyst of talent and schedules.  let’s get this season started and just see how it plays out!  GATA

Ohio State is absolutely killing it in recruiting. I am curious to see if too much early recruiting success will impact the final product. Or will it draw others in? It will be interesting to see how they finish. Either way I don’t see another school taking away their 1 spot…

Ray Goff won his first game.so did Dooley and richt. Donnan lost his first game.. So if history is on our side then theirs a good chance we’ll win. Just very worried about this game. I tell ya Fedora is a good coach. And Chizik is Likley to have that defense improved. I won’t be able to sleep a wink on Friday night worried about the baby due and this game

DawgByte According to reports it’s an ankle injury, I believe his injury in HS last year was a broken bone in his foot.   I also heard from reports after the scrimmage that Herrien did a really good job!

  16. DawgByte

Bulldawg36 I share your concern. I know Kirby doesn’t want to start his tenure at Georgia with a loss!
