Bulldawg36 Just funnin’ with you, 36.  I’ve changed my mind a dozen times on this, just like last summer.

Bulldawg36 Do I sense a change in your predicted starting QB?  You coming over with me, Red and Greg???  ####

  3. MMCSDAWG

DawgByte freddawg Unless UNC can’t stop the run and we just keep pounding them into submission with our 3-4 headed monsters at RB.  Then I can tolerate predictable.  But I agree, not like last season PLEASE!

Greg Poole rugbydawg79 Only think I can do is deduct from the reports I’ve read about the scrimmage Sat.  It was reported that there were 3 long TD’s thrown 2 by Eason and 1 by Lambert and it was also said that Herrien got a majority of the reps along with #22, so I’m really hoping he was able to provide the blocking we are all worried about!

Greg Poole AlphaDawg Makes you wonder if the author watched last year’s game.  Lambert’s arm strength wasn’t his main problem, and it won’t be the cause if Eason takes over early.

Another national publication names Jacob Eason as Georgia starter.:

You may see senior Greyson Lambert start out the season as Georgia’s starting quarterback, but it shouldn’t be long before five-star freshman Jacob Eason takes over. Lambert struggled at times in 2015, but was generally solid. The strong-armed Eason, once he establishes his footing, can bring a new dimension to the Bulldogs’ offense. He’s too talented not to put on the field, and he has two star running backs, Nick Chubb and Sony Michel, to rely on.
There are always growing pains with freshmen quarterbacks, but Eason enrolled early and has improved with each rep. Once he proves he can consistently run the offense and avoid turnovers, you’ll see him on the field as the Bulldogs look to contend in the SEC East.

Bulldawg Bob2 im glad IMG football wasnt around when i was playing ball lol. not a team i would want to play

Anyone wanting to watch Chaney in action should check out the 2015 Ga Tech vs Pittsburgh game on youtube.  It’s a good one because both teams had reasonably similar talent levels.  Coach Chaney called a really diverse game and even threw in a couple of trick plays.  He won’t call it the same at Georgia, but I don’t think he’ll be predictable.

JaxDawg  Recruiting will not change much. There are always teams coming and going from the ranks to be recruited against. I have zero concern about UGA recruiting as long as Kirby and Krew win. What we don’t know at this point is how they will do on gameday.

Bobby Dodd once tried to hire Bear Bryant before he got the UK job saying, If you are coaching them during the week and I* coach them on Saturday, we will never lose a game.

We probably all agree that Kirby has shown us recruiting and practice coaching. Now for the last one.

Bulldawg Bob2 Probably from hanging around this board again, but I woke up this morning feeling like it was football season.

JaxDawg  That is why it wouldn’t be a bad thing for Miami to get better to increase the difficulty in the ACC. Not sure that will happen though.

  13. JaxDawg

I laugh so hard at these. Jacob has yet to play a down or much less start and they rank him 3.. Yea okay!!! LOL

  14. Bulldawg Bob2

    Bulldawg36  Sic’em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woof!!!!!!!!!!!! Woof!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woof!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. Bulldawg Bob2

DawgByte  He had a stress fracture his senior season at Woodward, but to my knowledge, he has not had any more injuries as a running back than any other running back.

It will continue to be hard to recruit against these teams if they just keep making appearances. And it will only take luck that they so happen to move on to the title game. I think these teams will make their typical appearance
