I know what a pundit would be looking at to pick Tennessee to beat Bama. Tennessee fans are just as delusional about their prospects in that game. They are using last year’s game as a measuring stick, which is a huge mistake IMO. In last year’s game, Tennessee was coming off a bye week and Bama was playing their eight straight game. They were clearly tired. Despite that advantage by Tennessee, Bama held Tennessee to 7 points until about the 6:00 mark of the 4th quarter. Just go watch the last possession by Tennessee with 2:24 left in the game. The game is on the line and Bama is up by 5. Watch Bama’s DL vs Tennessee’s OL…an exhausted Bama DL vs a Tennessee OL coming off of a bye week. Tennessee will have no such luck this year. Both teams will be playing their 7th straight game. In that scenario, I would not bet against Bama because of their quality depth.

I also thought the cut’s from the f bomb to The Lord’s Prayer were interesting and sometimes jarring.
