jwp1983  There is a difference mainly because the previous staff had taking weight off of a lot of guys. They have been working to put it back on for almost 9 months.

jwp1983 I’m hesitant to say it’s the new S&C program because as someone who works out regularly it takes a while to gain noticeable mass. It is possible. However, I feel like I hear the same thing every year about the guys being bigger, faster, etc. I’m sheepish lol

  3. jwp1983

Been looking through all the pictures you guys have been taking of practices. Our guys are looking pretty stout. Even moreso than years prior. Is this just me grasping at straws because of my thirst for dawg action, or is there actually that big of a difference made since spring and summer?

ronaldo77 AlphaDawg Good to hear we will get both! Didn’t know the frat story. That’s funny

  5. ronaldo77

Greg Poole ronaldo77 It was definitely a quick downward turn. For 20 years it was Brookwood and Parkview that were #1 and #2 in the state. We’ve had more success lately with a state title a few years ago,  but Parkview has been trash for 8 years or so.

This gets magnified around Gwinnett with schools like Archer and Grayson doing so well.

  6. Greg Poole

ronaldo77   Brookwood had one of the best programs in the state for many years. I have been surprised with their performance lately

AlphaDawg Its about damn time this happens. I dont care if its the same family of dogs! I want a healthy bulldog mutt who looks the part and will be around for more than 4 years. I want a dog who will be around 15+ years

  8. ronaldo77

Bulldawg Bob2 wooowww my alma mater has had a few rough years but I hope we can get back to what we were when I went there.

ed603 Do you have enough to share!!!  lol###  I believe this is the most exciting season opener we have had in a very long time!

  10. AlphaDawg

Greg Poole love it or hate it, we’re about to see a difference in preparation. If there’s one thing I’m confident with Kirby on besides recruiting, it’s preparation.

  11. MMCSDAWG

Greg Poole I have been questioning that philosophy for a while myself, everything I can see shows them replacing almost half their team and when you factor in M. Williams contributions on offense they are missing almost 65% of their offensive production from last year.  I’m glad someone posted this type of chart!  It’s time to GATA and make them pay!

Greg Poole IMO Georgia clearly has more talent. I just hope that with all the changes…that talent can play fast and limit mental mistakes.

    Bulldawg Bob2 ed603 Bulldawg36 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  14. Reddawg13

Bulldawg Bob2 dawgathon and may not until they get rid of that Yankee we got from the Patriots! can’t remember his name at the moment. He doesn’t draft well. Oh wait Dimitroff!

  15. Reddawg13

Greg Poole We won 10 games last year with injuries and shoddy coaching, how did we do that? Talent, plain and simple. We will be a good bit better this year because that talent has top notch coaching and some injured players back. And we are on year two of much better S&C. I got us winning 31 to 13. “Take No Prisoners!”

  16. Bulltoad

Greg Poole Some rural Mississippi high school is going to get a heck of a coach soon.  Hugh Freeze = Norman Dale.

  17. TtownDawg

ed603  IKR, anxiety is already kicked in for me and it will be rapidly running in me by next Friday.

  18. Bulltoad

dawgathon Bulldawg Bob2 He has a torn labrum.  Falcons did not force him to have surgery last offseason which looks like a mistake.

  19. dawgathon

Bulldawg Bob2 dawgathon True…but Vic looked really bad. Ryan still threw red zone Int’s. O-line played below expectations. But Vic got man handled.

  20. Bulldawg Bob2

dawgathon  It wasn’t just Beasley. Most of the Dirty Birds didn’t look great vs Miami in last night’s preseason game.
