UGA Recruiting Daily Thread
Defenisve line recruiting for the Georgia staff is a priority for the 2018 class, specifically defensive tackles and strongside defensive ends. We will look at four SDE prospects today on Bulldawg Illustrated’s featured prospects in Joseph Boletepeli, Thomas Booker, Malik Langham, and Kayode Oladele.

UGA OFFER: Yes, offered on August 5th.

NEWS & NOTES: Boletepeli is a recent offer by the Georgia staff, offered on August 5th, and there is interest here from the Heritage High School d-lineman. Right now, though, Boletepeli looks to be an instate lean to either NC State or UNC, but his recruitment is wide open.

NEWS & NOTES: Booker was offered by UGA back in the spring, and he is a prospect that could end up playing either at SDE or DT given his size and frame. Booker excels on the field and also off the field in the class room and will have his pick of schools to go to, but the Baltimore, MD big man looks to be favoring Notre Dame and Stanford at the moment.

UGA OFFER: Yes, offered on 01/26/2017.

NEWS & NOTES: Malik was offered by Georgia back in January, and he visited the Bulldogs on Junior Day back on 02/18/2017. Malik included UGA in his top 11 released on May 25th. He visited Vanderbilt in June, but Langham has been pretty quiet this summer since he released his top 11.

NEWS & NOTES: Oladele was offered by UGA back in February, and he visited Georgia for G-Day on 04/22. He had been committed to FSU but de-committed from the Noles on May 6th. After he de-committed, Oladele camped and visited again at UGA on June 2nd. He also camped and visited at Alabama, Auburn, Miami and Tennessee over the summer. He was considered a potential Ole Miss lean, but since Hugh Freeze’s firing and the upheaval at the school with the NCAA penalities bearing down on the program, one would think they are no longer considered here.
