Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

Greg Poole Would love to get him, but we get who we get and I for sure trust the coaches we have now!

I live only 10 miles from Covington and look at their newspaper during football season. I don’t recall reading very much about him. Strange???

Greg Poole Looks like Kirby is setting us up to be in reload mode, you know like Bama did while he was there.

Greg Poole He hurt his shoulder during the spring before his freshman year had as much to do with RS as anything.  There is no way Eason will RS and I’m still beating he starts game #1.  The talent gap is too wide between him and Lambert.

  5. MMCSDAWG

Greg Poole I actually don’t mind listening to him talk football…   he was on the Frank Frangie show yesterday afternoon for about 20 minutes.  Good listen.

converted 1981 Greg Poole Exactly Converted…  We are young, talented and getting more talented with each and every recruit that signs up!

deltonadawg The only reason I was not a fan of Pat Summitt was she coached for the enemy.  Other that that she was probably the single greatest coach in SEC history, in Any Sport.

Greg Poole I wonder if those were Investors watching.  If so how much “Faith” do they have in these “Top Designers” now?  LOL!

  9. converted 1981

Greg Poole Just means we are loaded at underclassmen and set for the next few years.

Greg Poole He will definitely be More entertaining than anyone else on there.  Especially that radio dude from Bama.

I see where Pat Summit’s son said she has passed away. She was way too young to pass this way. Alzheimer’s is a terrible disease my prayers are with her family.

    Good Morning to Dawgs Everywhere!

Heading up to Georgia National in a few minutes to play with the Dixie Senior group.  I will be checking in later this afternoon.  Y’all go get a recruit or two.

Greg Poole That is the trust of a child.  No way I would stand in front of a prototype self braking car, haha.

Greg Poole Great read and a slight surprise to me.  Good reasoning by Huck on this.

In Murray’s mind, based on his experience, he’d prefer to start a veteran (presumably Lambert or Ramsey) and allow the freshman (Eason) to catch up to speed before handing the job to him.
Yeah, I got the redshirt, which was awesome for me. I’m a huge fan of that, to sit back and learn the speed of the game. I had another year to learn the playbook. It’ll be interesting to see what they do. Obviously if (Eason) goes out there and earns the job and it’s obvious, I’m sure the coaches will give him the nod and go from there. But the coaches have their idea of what they want to do and they’ll stick to it I’m sure.
