Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

Greg Poole Would make sense since he has worked with Kirby and Mel…  I’m good with him coming in, grad transfers are gifts as far as I’m concerned.

Man the Tunsil situation has become a soap opera of he said and he said. Hated we lost out on him but hindsight is 20/20 and I’m proud OM paid him to go there

They have to be convinced that he is worth it at the end of the day. Hope it works for them. Regardless he’s getting paid $$

DawgLink  The question is, “Is he that valuable?” If not, the Colts will lose money on the deal. My guess is that he makes them money.

Greg Poole Good read, I think he will be a success in everything he tries.  And I like his mama too.

UGA is looking at a grad transfer from Bama:
“Georgia also received permission on June 16 from Alabama to speak with Maurice Smith, a graduate transfer cornerback. Compliance coordinator Riley Edwards’s letter said Alabama grants permission “to any institution “ to speak with Smith regarding his interest in possibly transferring to that school.”

South Carolina site asks, which first-year SEC coach will have the most success in 2016? http://www.garnetandblackattack.com/2016/6/29/12056234/sec-football-first-year-coaches-kirby-smart-georgia-barry-odom-missouri-will-muschamp-south-carolina
