The University of Georgia volleyball team will look to extend their Southeastern Conference win streak to seven games in a row when they take on 13-5 Texas A&M on the road in College Station in Reed Arena this Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. EST.
Since losing to Florida, 3-1, in Gainesville all the way back on September 29th, the Volley Dawg have ripped off six conference wins in a row, including knocking off No. 12 Kentucky in Lexington, 3-2, on October 12th and most recently Ole Miss in the Stege 3-1. Right now, UGA, Florida, and Kentucky all sit atop the SEC standings at 7-1 with the Gators holding the tiebreaker over the Bulldogs and the Dawgs holding the tiebreaker over the Wildcats.
The Match-Up
The Aggies are currently ranked at No. 32 in the AVCA Coaches Poll with 9 votes but 17th in RPI. Georgia is currently ranked No. 31 in the AVCA Coaches Poll with 12 votes and has an RPI rank of 33.
A&M has been stout at Reed Arena, only losing one of their seven home games so far this season.
