Six Georgia Lady Bulldog basketball games, including home contests against Mississippi State, Auburn, and Florida, have been selected for national television by the SEC Network, the league office announced on Wednesday.
In addition, each conference game and all Georgia home games not picked by the SEC Network will be available on WatchESPN via SEC Network Plus.
Games selected for national television coverage include home contests against Mississippi State (Dec. 31), Auburn (Jan. 21) and Florida (Feb. 25) and away games at Texas A&M (Jan. 14), Tennessee (Feb. 11) and Ole Miss (Feb. 19).
“The Southeastern Conference continues to set the standard for television coverage across the nation,” head coach Joni Taylor said. “We want our fans to come out and experience the newly-renovated Stegeman Coliseum, but it is great to know that people from all over the country can watch us play at any time. It’s what makes playing in this league really special, and we look forward to showcasing Georgia Basketball in so many households this year.”
With Wednesday’s announcement, the Lady Bulldogs were also able to release times for all 16 conference games this season. A full updated schedule can be found by clicking here.
The SEC will announce TV selections for non-conference games at a later date. As soon as those picks are made, the remaining times will be finalized.
Georgia less than two months away from the start of the 2017-18 season. The Lady Bulldogs feature eight returning players and welcome four freshmen who make up the incoming top-10 signing class.
