June 25, 2015 – ATHENS——Three Georgia soccer games this fall will be televised live on national television, it was announced Thursday by the Southeastern Conference.
[su_spacer size=”20″] Two of the Bulldogs’ games will air on the SEC Network: the SEC road opener at LSU on Sept. 17 and the regular season finale against Florida on Oct. 29. In addition, the home contest against Texas A&M on Sept. 27 will be shown on ESPNU. All three games will also be available on ESPN3.com and the WatchESPN app.
[su_spacer size=”40″] In 2015, SEC Network and ESPNU will air a combined 30 soccer games – including the entire SEC Soccer Tournament in Orange Beach, Ala., Nov. 2-8. Additional school-produced events, which are available on SEC Network + via WatchESPN, will be announced at a later date.
[su_spacer size=”40″] Georgia opens the 2015 regular season under first-year head coach Billy Lesesne at High Point on Aug. 21. The Bulldogs will play a home exhibition game against Furman Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. Georgia is celebrating the 20-year anniversary of its first soccer team in 1995.
