The Georgia Bulldogs will have six entries in singles and three doubles teams in the ITA Southeast Regional on Friday at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.

 
Action begins with doubles at 9 a.m. followed by two rounds of singles. The Bulldog duo of Mariana Gould and Katarina Jokic, owners of a 7-1 mark, are seeded fourth and will face the Georgia Southern tandem of Arianne de Winter and Charlotte van Diemen. Georgia’s Morgan Coppoc and Vivian Wolff will battle the Mercer duo of Celine Schepers and Katie Sidor. The Bulldog team of Marta Gonzalez and Annette Goulak square off against the Florida International team of Ulyana Grib and Maryna Veksler.
 
 
In singles, Jokic is seeded seventh while Gonzalez is eighth, and they lead the squad with identical 12-2 records in fall action. Jokic’s first round opponent will be Dominika Paterova (Miami) at noon while Gonzalez faces Gabrielle Golden (FSU) at 1:30 p.m. Gould, Wolff, Goulak and Coppoc round out Georgia’s singles entries. Gould and Wolff will play at 11 a.m., Goulak’s opening match is at 12:30 p.m. and Coppoc hits the court at 1 p.m.

On Thursday, eight singles players and three doubles teams earned a spot in the main draw by winning qualifying matches. The tournament field features student-athletes from 17 different schools located in the state of Georgia and Florida. Regional winners will advance to the Oracle/ITA Fall National Championships next month in Indian Wells, California.
 
 
Also, the ITA Men’s Tennis Hall of Fame, which is located on the grounds of the Dan Magill Tennis Complex, will be open Friday from 2-5 p.m. Admission is free for the tournament and the Hall of Fame.
