Tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. ET, the 17th annual U.S. Army All-American Bowl, one-hundred of some of the top high school football players from across the country will compete against each other at the Alamodome in San Antonio, TX, and there are nine current UGA commits along with a couple of undeclared targets that will be participating.
