RYAN COLEMAN-WILLIAMS (WR #1) – For the third season, Ryan Coleman-Williams has been the talk of the Alabama offense. His freshman season showed extreme promise with elite performances against Vanderbilt, Georgia and Tennessee, yet his sophomore season was disappointing when he was expected to take the next step. Now, with Keelon Russel, Coleman-Williams is finally looking to be doing just that. Despite still struggling with drops and consistency this season, the Dawgs would be remiss to ignore his speed and yard-after-catch ability.
DANIEL HILL (RB #4) – Junior, Daniel Hill currently leads the Tide in rushing yards (247) on 51 carries. This is looking to be Hill’s breakout season at Alabama, as he has almost caught up with his rushing yards from the entire 2025 season combined in just the first four games. With his size and physical strength alone, Hill excels in short-yardage goal-line situations. He will test the Dawgs’ defense on Saturday night.
KEELON RUSSELL (QB #12) – True sophomore, Keelon Russell has dominated in his first season as the Crimson Tide’s starting quarterback. A position that has eyes on you at all times can be daunting, but Russell has adapted shockingly well. Russell currently has 1,414 passing yards, 11 passing touchdowns and four rushing touchdowns with only two interceptions. Russell is second in rushing yards, behind Daniel Hill, and has exhibited his talents as a dual-threat QB. Against South Carolina, Russell totaled 400 yards, five touchdowns and showed his ability to escape pressure and make impactful passes.
YHONZAE PIERRE (LB #0) – Yhonzae Pierre has continued to develop over his previous three seasons at Alabama. In 2025, he solidified himself as one of the top edge rushers in the country, finishing with 52 tackles, eight sacks and three forced fumbles. He has been a solid player for the defense, able to get pressure on the quarterback and be extremely disruptive. Against the Dawgs, though, Pierre will have to play at an elite level in a matchup with one of the highest-scoring offenses in the country.
DEVAN THOMPKINS (DL #1) – USC transfer Devan Thompkins has shown himself to be the Tide’s most effective pass rusher. After a slow season opener against ECU, Thompkins made up for it against Kentucky, recording two sacks and a forced fumble and added six tackles and one more sack against Florida State. Thompkins has been praised for her versatility all over the field. He has now recorded 19 total tackles and three sacks. Georgia must prepare Gunner Stockton to make quick decisions under Thompkins’ pressure.
CONOR TALTY (PK #91) – After 2025 was filled with boos and missed field goals for Conor Talty and the Tide, he has proved them wrong in 2026. Talty ranks second in the SEC for scoring and has made four kicks above 40-yards to start his senior campaign. Georgia must stall long drives and force turnovers to prevent Alabama from getting into field goal range.
