TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The 15th-ranked Georgia Bulldogs dropped an 8-5 decision in Sunday’s series finale against Alabama at Rhoads Stadium.
Georgia is now 25-10 on the season and 4-8 in SEC play.

- Freshman Paislie Allen’s first-career home run put Georgia on the board and tied the game at 1-1 in the bottom of the fourth.
- Sarah Gordon ripped her team-leading seventh home run, a three-run shot to center, in the third to put Georgia ahead 4-1.

STARKVILLE, Miss. — The No. 1 Georgia women’s tennis team (18-1, 11-0 SEC) was dominant from start to finish as it swept No. 66 Mississippi State (10-11, 0-11 SEC), 4-0, at the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre on Sunday.
