Opening Statement…
“First off, what an outstanding college baseball game. Two good teams going at it. Both starting pitchers were outstanding. They both emptied the tank. We had a good plan going into it. We knew we were going to swinging the bats because we knew that he was going to throw strikes. We got some hits in the first inning, got two runs. Then we just could not come up with a big hit, a situational hit. For what we had to do tonight is what our team does. We have had comebacks all year, we believe in these 10 guys and the rest of our team. The best thing was that this was an outstanding college baseball game today.”
