ACCOLADES: I still reminisce of the experience of studying abroad in Cortona, Italy with the Lamar Dodd School of Art. What a treat to combine studio/classroom work with my love of foreign travel. I also had the pleasure of serving the University of Georgia as a member of the Arch Society.

Fave shops in Athens: Appointments at Five! I enjoyed my every minute working at this Athens tradition in college where I was able to surround myself with my love of antiques and porcelain!

Fave Athens landmark: Sanford Stadium and where North Campus and Downtown meet. The center of it all!

UGA Gameday

Describe your typical Bulldog game day: I love taking my children to Athens for game day. The Bulldawg spirit is just in the air and I love seeing everything through their eyes! We meet friends for tailgating and always end up downtown for dinner, ice cream, and of course a stop to ring the bell.

Fave skin care line: I love Tata Harper and One Love Organics.
Fave hair product: I am obsessed with Oribe products! They smell divine! I love the texturizing spray, dry shampoo, and most of all the Apres Beach Wave and Shine Spray.

Fave interior designer: Oh, there are so many but since you asked, I guess any room Bunny Mellon had her hand in would be at the top of the list.
Fave jeans: I wear a lot of Mother Denim and Rag and Bone.
Fave tee: Re/Done for solids and Madeworn for graphic Tees
Fashion idol: Lee Radziwill and Lauren Santo Domingo
Fave flower: I love a mix of ranunculus, sweet peas, dahlias and peonies.
Fave accessory: Sometimes just a smile! (and my Grandmother’s gold charm bracelet) 
Fave stationery: I order all things paper from Maison de Papier. Gift tags, stationery, you name it …

Who inspires you? I am mostly inspired by warm, refreshing, creative, ambitious and above all else, gracious women!

Fave book: I am hooked on coffee table books! I read them front to back and find inspiration in the beautiful pictures.
Fave song: Wow. Too many. I just love music. I play a lot of Van Morrison and Amos Lee around the house. I also love NeedToBreathe and anything current my kids are listening to!
Fave artist: Artists of all types inspire me. I never tire of the whimsical works on paper by Happy Menocal. Lately, I have purchased some Low Country paintings by artist Olessia Maximenko and I adore them.
