Tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET, the rescheduled GHSA State Football Championships for Class 1A-Public, 2A, 4A, 5A, 6A, and 7A will get underway as twelve remaining teams vie for a Peach State crown.

North Gwinnett (7A, Lee County (6A), Marist (4A) and Irwin County (1A-Public) were the higher-seeded teams and will host their respective championship games. Class 2A and 5a were decided by a coin flip because of the teams being same-seeded the right to host the other two finals. Warner Robins won the toss and will host Rome in the Class 5A title game while Rabun County won the coin flip in Class 2A and will host Hapeville Charter.

Only the Class 7A title game between Colquitt County and North Gwinnett will be carried live on Georgia Public Broadcasting on these nine stations across Georgia: Atlanta – Channel 8.1; Albany – WABW/14.1, Augusta – WCES/20.1, Chatsworth – WCLP/18.1, Columbus – WJSP/28.1, Dawson – WACS/25.1, Macon – WMUM/29.1, Savannah – WVAN/9.1, and Waycross – WXGA/8.1.

The Class 7A title game will also be live streamed for free online at http://gpb.org/sports, and all the other five championship games will be live streamed by NHFSNetwork.com and require a subscription fee to view with the exception of the Rome at Warner Robins Class 5A title game which will be free to view on NHFSNetwork’s FaceBook page.
