Lorenzo Carter reacted to the G-Day crowd in his post-game interview:

When I saw everybody, I was shocked, I was in awe because it is rare that we get to see the stands packed like that before a regular season game. For them to be in the stands, ready, before we even kicked off in the spring game was amazing.

What was Kirby’s message to the defense after the game? “Be more physical,” replied Carter.

Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

UGA defense has to be great this year.     Listen to the coaches and get that proper weight and be ready conditionally to play fast, hard and mean.   GO DAWGS      You’ll be just fine.

Colonial Dawg  The message to ticket holders: if you are not going, let someone use that ticket

Hopefully they will have to get used to seeing the stands packed all the time!  I know we won’t for Nicholls State and the like, but for most games…….PACKED!
