[su_spacer size=”40″] Class of 2016 defensive end David Marshall has verbally committed to the University of Georgia.

[su_spacer size=”40″] David Marshall is a 6 foot 3 and 270 lbs defensive lineman for the Upson-Lee varsity high school football team out of Thomaston, GA. Marshall was committed to Auburn University, but the Bulldogs had come on strong during the last couple of months during his recruiting process. The defensive end has a number of scholarship offers from FBS programs including Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Tennessee to name a just a few.

[su_spacer size=”40″] David Marshall is rated a 3-star prospect at defensive end for the class of 2016 by 247Sports.com‘s composite ranking system, and he also rated a 3-star prospect at Rivals.com. ESPN ranks the defensive end as a 4-star prospect and a top ESPN300 player. Scout.com also ranks David Marshall as a 4-star prospect.
