Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

Greg Poole I am hoping that he has decided to follow his heart to UGA and decided visiting Bama was a waste of time.

DawgDaddy Yep. That’s why I post them – the change is dramatic and with winning more of them will be Dawgs. It is a process.

Greg Poole Even though he is a strong UF lean, it is good to see us in most of these kids top 5 or less.

Greg Poole I say when he chose to start Bauta  his fate was sealed.   I am still SMH over that one.

    Breakout candidate 2016

    Georgia — Elijah Holyfield, RB

With the electric duo of Nick Chubb and Sony Michel slated to dominate Georgia’s carries this season, Elijah Holyfield was expected to fade to the background in 2016. When Michel sustained an off-the-field injury during the Fourth of July, though, all of that changed.
Holyfield, whose father Evander Holyfield,is regarded as one of the greatest boxers of all-time, could potentially start week one for the Bulldogs if Chubb is not at 100 percent.
