Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

Greg Poole And, 50 years and back. Litkenhouse, Freeman, Walter Camp polls were as credible (maybe more ) than AP which was from it’s inception until the 60’s a Notre Dame, Big 10, Pacific Coast Conference aka Pac-12 club. Almost exclusively. Texas, Okie, and a couple of barbarians  claimed some AP love. But not often.

Yep. Some just can’t control their kids. It probably took some time to crawl underneath the wiring. I guess the mom just wasn’t watching

DawgDaddy Rickpope2330 I firmly believe UGA should hang banners from 27′, 42′, 46, 68′ and 80. Most schools these days proudly wave anything proclaiming any version of a thing called championship.

Rickpope2330 We all know they claim more titles than they actually have, this just serves as further proof.

75tranzam Lucas Rogers Greg Poole Won’t happen, but as a service to society, and pull in the reins on free range children, if found negligent, the parents should have to repay the cost of acquiring a new gorilla. Plus damages. The gorilla is a top dollar attraction. Now this zoo is down a man. The zoo deserves recompense. Horse whip the parents for good measure.

Greg Poole Shame the zoo couldn’t deploy a sleeping agent vs a bullet. The gorilla must have been getting too anxious.  Normally the human is the only upright walking animal that harms the young. Usually the simian will protect a young child. Especially a female.

Bulldawg36 Maybe, but this is the two year cycle for TCU and Patterson to be  a tough out. Still good, but another year before the 13/14′ caliber. Arky might prevent them from getting to play with the ball much. Muscle teams are learning how to hang with the basketball on grass squads. Throw some true blue triple option on any team these days. Panic will take on a new meaning. And if you can’t stop it…….. see MSU Orange Bowl 2015.

Bulldawg36 If i was throwing down a stack of dead presidents, my call would be McElwain. Saban won’t say anything about his pupils. And Muschamp ain’t about to be giving a primer on remaining “cool under pressure” any year soon.

75tranzam Lucas Rogers Greg Poole in this twitter video you can hear the mom say “mommy loves you”

Lucas Rogers Greg Poole Where were his parents during this and how could it be this easy to get into the enclosure?

Lucas Rogers Greg Poole From the article:

Maynard said it appeared the boy went under the rail, through wires and over the moat wall.

  12. Greg Poole

Bulldawg36  Did he provide examples or suggest how outcomes changed based on that supposed flaw? I’m guessing, ‘no’.

  13. Greg Poole

Bulldawg36  Not much comparison between NFL and CFB.  Would Grantham’s NFL defense have been instructive for you?

  14. Bulldawg36

I was reading the Lindys cfb preview- and a rival coach said Kirby was good but loses his cool to easy. Wonder what rival said that ?

  15. Bulldawg36

He’s been a DC for a long time Greg. I’ll just go watch some videos to develop my opinion!!!!

  16. Bulldawg36
