TODAY’S FEATURED PROSPECTS

Bryce Young

CLASS: 2020

POSITION: DUAL QB

HT, WT: 6-0 176

SCHOOL: Mater Del

CITY, STATE: Santa Ana, CA

STATUS: Undeclared

# OF OFFERS:  23 offers

UGA OFFER: Yes, June 17, 2017

NEWS:

Bryce Young is a five-star dual-threat quarterback from Santa Ana, California. He’s 6-0 and 176 pounds. According to the latest 247Sports rankings, he ranks as the No. 38 overall player, No. 1 DUAL and the No. 7 2020 prospect in CA. Young currently holds 23 offers with the latest coming from Ohio State on May 1. He received an invitation to participate in the Under Armour Future 50 Camp too. Georgia offered on June 17, 2017.

According to his twitter, he heads to Oklahoma this upcoming weekend for an official visit. Georgia doesn’t appear to be in it for Young, but with two years to go, this one’s recruitment appears wide open. It wouldn’t surprise me if he visits the Classic city this summer. However, his 247 sports profile, USC has the 100 percent advantage, but Oklahoma appears as warm for him. I don’t think Young will make a decision until his senior season, but he’s one to keep an eye out for.

UGA OFFER: Yes

NEWS:

Robby Ashford is a four-star dual-threat quarterback from Hoover, Alabama. He stands at 6-3 200 pounds. According to 247 Sports 2020 rankings, he ranks as the No. 3 DUAL and the No. 7 prospect in Alabama. Ashford currently holds six offers with the latest coming from Auburn on April 19. Georgia offered on June 15, 2017. Auburn appears to be the team to beat as its the hometown school. He has the Auburn offered pinned on his Twitter. Georgia may not have a dog in the fight for this one, but showing some love may help. I expect Ashford to be on campus this summer.
