Greg Poole  Got that news last night. I really hate it for that young man. Pretty much kills his senior season, and that is a big blow to that GAC  team too.

I agree with ya about the strict rules having a huge affect on our program. I think richt was our finest from 2001- 2005. But from 2006-2015…not so much. Just couldn’t win enough of the big games later in his career

  3. Bulldawg36

Still don’t understand why the admin would stop supporting him- knowing it would probably cause us to start losing games. Just don’t know what they would gain from giving him a lack of support

  4. Bulldawg36

AKC is more reputable. I think the dog has to be very close to standard in all traits. I could be way off..lol. But I bet Brooklyn dawg knows more about it

Bulldawg36 Coach Richt dealt with some problems at UGA that people underestimate, but Kirby’s coming to appreciate.  Our players don’t get a pass from local law enforcement.  UGA disciplinary policy is tough and rigid in some areas.  And it’s hard to recruit against teams that play fa$t and loo$e with the rules.

I think it was time for a change, but CMR was one of UGA’s finest ever.

Bleudawg Bulldawg36 I think Miami is a great spot for him. He has passion for his alma mater, he’s getting to do all of the hands on play calling we’ve wanted him to do for years, and he’s with a small fan base who’s excited but doesn’t put the pressure on him like the SEC does.
Bonus: he still gets a chance to whoop on Tech every year.

Bulldawg36 they may be my friend but I honestly dont think so. I think our administration quit supporting him / the program financially and he was a little burned out. I think the move was good for him and UGA. I believe / hope he will have a good couple of years at Miami.

ronaldo77 trying to think of something he would be complaining about? really dont want to go down this rabbit hole but logically he wouldnt be talking about recruiting so only think I could possibly think of is PEDs?

  9. Hobnailboot aka RobG

He probably felt entitled to be the starter and like Greg said he is butthurt, As of right now I wish him luck but many more comments like that and I’ll hope he never gets another chance

  10. Bulldawg36

I got em from a breeder in greenwood sc. He was CKC registered. If I had to do over again..I would have gotten one that was AKC.

  11. freddawg

Bulldawg36 I agree.  If we can’t have a decent passing game with this group of talented but inexperienced receivers, considering our TE’s, and RBs, it’ll be more of a quarterback problem than a receiver problem.

  12. Bulldawg36

Oh I understand, nothing wrong with keeping up with him and wishing him well. Like you said he is a great man. Just think his best days as a coach are behind him tho…IMO. But we shall see..time will tell.

  13. Bulldawg36

Jax, I had an English Bulldog. He didn’t have much health problems at all. He was born in 2006 and is still alive and ticking today as we speak. Get one from a good breeder!!!

And we will miss Julian Rochester too … unless those ridiculious charges aren’t reduced.

  15. Bleudawg

Bulldawg36 CMR is still loved by a large portion of the Bulldawg nation. Im one of them. I kind of in a weird way still think of him as a dawg. Lots of us wish him well and will keep an eye on him. Hes a great human being . I do think we can still pull for old CMR and still be behind CKS 100%…sorry for being goofy

  16. JaxDawg

Gotcha! Yea I get so attached to my dogs. Love them to death. I think a bulldog would be a great addition

  17. Bleudawg

Greg Poole i think we can point to several “causes” for our predicament. IMHO we have righted some wrongs and will be trending up the next year or two. This season is pretty important to establish this new staff as “the next big thing”. I hope the new spending (support staff, facilities, and marketing) will turn us around. When I watched the GSU game it was obvious to me just how far our talent level and depth had fallen in the last few years.  As long as our fan base gives this bunch a legit time frame we should be ok.  Go Dawgs.
