Jeb Blazevich is leading one of the Bulldogs strongest position groups into the season and he, similar to many other players, is ready to get the Bulldogs season started against the North Carolina Tar Heels.
 
 

This game against North Carolina may mean a little bit more to Blazevich, who is a North Carolina native, and he even has a few high school teammates playing for the Tar Heels. Blazevich mentioned that he has not partaken in any smack-talk, because he says that’s not really his style, but he will be texting his former teammates that he can not wait to see them.
 
 
Although Blazevich is a North Carolina native, he does not really have any strong familial ties to the Tar Heels. His father attended Northwestern University and his mother attended the University of Mississippi. His lack of having any ties to UNC is not knocking his motivation and he is ready to start the first game just as much as anyone else.
