End of the day, close isn’t good enough. It’s time to win the sec at least. I know it highly unlikely this year but the east for the taking..and anything can happen if you get in the sec title game

  2. converted 1981

Bulldawg36  South Cacka Lacky is historically a tough game for whatever reason.  Not many blowouts, even when there should have been.  Just always a tough place for UGA to visit.  We have our majority of Wins but still usually tough.  Now I would Love to se several large blowouts in our favor and retire moose-chimp.

  3. MMCSDAWG

converted 1981 Greg Poole BahitsDawg AMEN!   Living here in Jax it was like watching a penitentiary warden operate over there in Gainesville.  I have ZERO respect for him as a coach or for the “Lord” Tebow either while we’re at it…  Can’t claim to be hollier than thou and be witness to that debauchery and Criminality and do NOTHING!

  4. Bulldawg Bob2

RumRunnerDoogie AlphaDawg It’s not. DawgCast is wrong, and he apparently got that stat from The Senator.

Reggie Davis and Terry Godwin are Georgia’s leading returning receivers.

  5. MMCSDAWG

ronaldo77 Should have been a TD but Tate dropped the ball.  Settled for a FG by Coutu.

  6. converted 1981

Greg Poole BahitsDawg  Absolutely NO use for urband crier….  He still refuses to answer questions about covering up for and holding up a murder investigation while at HC Gey-Turds.  The Media will not hold his feet to the fire and make him respond either.

  7. MMCSDAWG

ronaldo77 Pretty darn good looking Freshman QB bringing the Dawgs back from a 21 point deficit.  Charles Johnson and Paul Oliver playing some D too!

  8. Bulldawg Bob2

MMCSDAWG Bulldawg Bob2 PTCDawg The only reason I know to be honest is that my ex-wife’s family were avid golfers and a couple were on some of the amateur tours.

I also cheated and have been reading up on this year’s Master’s Tournament lol.

  9. ronaldo77

MMCSDAWG ronaldo77 I still remember the onside kick to start the half. I was watching the game at my high school girlfriend’s house with her parents. Good times hah

  10. converted 1981

Brooklyndawg  LOVE Ocean Breezes, that’s why I moved to Florida.  Also love the Freshness of things in Athens.

  11. MMCSDAWG

ronaldo77 MMCSDAWG DING DING!   Damn good game!  Been watching for a while UGA just took the lead for the first time.

  12. RumRunnerDoogie

ronaldo77 MMCSDAWG ahh got confused thinking it was VT instead of WV when the sugar bowl was there

  13. converted 1981

Bulldawg36  CMR was close Twice and Should have played for 1 but UGA got escrewed by the Media and dropped form 2nd to 5th place to totally obliterate Hawaii.
CKS may get us there “Soon”!

  14. MMCSDAWG

Guess what I’m doing right now….  Hint, watching UGA’s last victory in the Georgia Dome.   Who and when was it?

  15. MMCSDAWG

Bulldawg Bob2 PTCDawg Hey BB2…  You must know a little something about Golf to be able to name all those UGA participants!  lol.  When I was living in Ga. I never missed a Masters.  Always loved going out on Tue or Wend and following them around during practice rounds.  Honestly, I never really wanted to be there on Sat or Sun…  too crowded and limited viewing ability.

  16. Bulldawg Bob2

PTCDawg I’m not the biggest golf fan or guy, but I do enjoy the Masters. I’ll definitely be pulling for Bubba and the other UGA alums; Patrick Reed, Chris Kirk, Harris English, and https://www.dawgnation.com/mens-golf/a-masters-to-remember-for-ugas-kisner, who will be participating in the field.

  17. MMCSDAWG

PTCDawg Not you bro, the entire demeanor of the article…  I too look forward to the day when skin color is never raised as an issue when talking about anything!

  18. Bulldawg Bob2

Bulldawg36 LOL BD36.  PTC is saying that because Huck is on board here now, it saves him from having to visit another location.

  19. PTCDawg

I thought what he said was racism bs, and I stand by that. If that qualifies as defensive then so be it. Look forward to the day when skin color doesn’t drive anyone’s agenda, but it won’t be in this lifetime.

  20. Bulldawg36

Greg! When you headed towards the practice fields!!! It’s getting close to that time!!!

  21. CLTDawg

Brooklyndawg He did a statistical analysis of race in the “money sports” for college athletics – football and basketball – and, as is the case any time race gets brought up in any context, it made people uncomfortable/defensive/etc. Probably about all that needs to be said for a description of the post.

  22. Greg Poole

That want to speed carries but don’t have many backs in 2016. You will see a different thrust to the offense with Chaney though

  23. Greg Poole

Just wait until they pull Chubb or Sony after a big run and lose two yards on the next play, we’ll have to sit 8 commenters. ☺

  24. Brooklyndawg

This is like following a whole different team, in my opinion as an outsider that is.

  25. Dawgnation4

Greg Poole I like in the article that the IMG coach stated this is new to him on how they vetted the process and each individual player. That’s shows this staff dedication to detail!

  26. Brooklyndawg

Were you on Cloud Nine when our women’s swimming and diving just won the national championship? No small accomplishment, that!

Good Afternoon everyone and I have an idea on how to make
our 93K Fan Base get more involved in Recruiting, by adding a “Special Recognition
Day for those who COMMIT TO THE G”every
UGA Dawg Football Scrimmage Day – Annually. It should recognize all of our current
and future Recruits who have or will COMMIT TO THE G – on this Special Day, when
Fans, Coaches and Recruits get to mingle
and see what the upcoming season and future brings to them and UGA.

At Halftime, have a Ceremony organized to specifically give
Special Thanks and Recognition to those who will make UGA Football exciting to
watch and, the great young men and players that COMMIT TO THE G – annually.

First – Introduce those (from Class 2016) that took the initiative
and were Early Enrollees.Let the New
Recruits realize that being an EE will give them time to: Learn the Playbook,
Get Physically ready through the Conditioning Program, get adjusted to college
life and organizing their college courses and lastly, to actually play in today’s
    93K – G-Day Scrimmage.

Than introduce the remaining COMMITS and WALK ON’Swho will join the Team in the Summer
    (2016)and have a limited time (3-4
months) to prepare themselves for a starting job this season.Encourage future COMMITS to think about joining the EE Program in future Recruiting
Classes, so they too, can get the opportunity to participate in future G-Day’s

Second -Introduce the COMMITS for 2017, 2018 and 2019 (if any)It may encourage some who receive “Offers”
to “COMMIT TO THE G” earlier – precisely because of this “ Introduction
Ceremony for Future UGA Football Stars”.

It would also be nice to have their family join them when
being Introduced and possibly having a short “ Highlight Video” being shown on
the large stadium “TV Screen”.It’s always great to recognize those who helped
support their sons and WANTS to play for UGA.

It’s also wise to give “Special Thanks” to any future
COMMITS who voluntarily accept a Leadership responsibility for “Recruiting
other Georgia and Out-of-State Players “ to join their particular Recruiting
Class, as elite COMMITS & WALK ON players for UGA.

Recognition and getting a Special Thank You for
COMMITTING TO THE G – from a large fan base, at the first major football event
of each season (93K G-Day Scrimmage) will probably be appreciated by those
recruits that will become future stars and teammates on our UGA Football Team
and join our DawgNation. It may be
something that the recruits will never forget and are looking forward to
annually and maybe help them to COMMIT
TO THE G -earlier in their recruiting
cycle instead of waiting until later and
maybe even committing to one of our competitors.GO DAWGS

Hope I didn’t bore anyone, but I am interested in making UGA Football even more exciting than it was yesterday.

  28. Brooklyndawg

Yep. We were “giving” CKS 3 years to bring in his own classes and set up his own winning tradition.

  29. MMCSDAWG

    AlphaDawg
Gonna get bit by that Rabid DAWG named Kirby…    That’s what’s going to happen!

  30. MMCSDAWG

ZippyMorocco Just running it in aren’t ya!  I will be there one day soon!  One more kid thru College and I’m DONE!

    Nice Brother!  Real Nice.

  31. MMCSDAWG

Bulltoad Bansai buckeroo Definitely not alone…  I would also like to see the same thing.  it seems in the past, we have always went with one back for a complete series and maybe even 2 before getting in someone else.  I would like to see multiple backs used during the same series.  To me you greatly decrease the likely hood of injury if you replace that back after a tough 25-30 yard run, instead of turning around and handing it to him again.  I know people use the term lathered up and crap like that, but honestly, I don’t believe that.  Now if we are running a HUNH series, then I might cut them some slack.  But, otherwise, let’s rotate backs within a drive or series instead of alternating every 2nd or 3rd series…
