Correct. Jason Butt is a beat writer for the Macon Telegraph. We have had him on the podcast before, a couple of times during last season’s episodes.
Think the rating is based on the unknown quantity of the untested freshman and sophomores that compose the majority of the d-line.
I’m more curious where the line ranks 6 games into the season and then at the end of the season.
Athlon Sports ranks UGA’s defensive line 47th in cfb, one spot ahead of Georgia Southern, and behind the likes of San Diego State, Temple, Arkansas State, Wake Forest, Ilinois, BYU, and Houston. We’re ranked 11th in the SEC. Somebody needs to send Rocker a copy to post in the meeting room.
