Greg is closing in on 15 years writing about and photographing UGA sports. While often wrong and/or out of focus, it has been a long, strange trip full of fun and new friends.

“Miller, who was dating Tunsil’s mother during the recruitment and married her in July 2014, says he provided the NCAA with text messages, e-mails and Facebook messages to back up his claims. He showed multiple Facebook and text messages to SI that appear to verify some of the claims in the NCAA Notice of Allegations. He also says he provided his bank and financial records to the NCAA, which helped investigators verify an $800 payment from a booster in August 2014. At one point, Miller says NCAA investigators took his three cell phones to capture all the data.
In one Facebook message, dated Feb. 8, 2013, Miller appears to write to Ole Miss defensive line coach Chris Kiffin: “Plz do all the u you said to help me and desiree and my 2 sons I have been ole miss biggest fan 2 times he committed to ga I was there foor u be there for us when its time ok.”
Kiffin appears to have responded: “You know I will!”
    That is interesting

@Chief…… I was very upset when we didn’t get Tunsil….but we dodged a major bullet apparently……

Greg Poole MMCSDAWG LOL!   I know, I copied your feed to my bookmarks way back when you shared it with us…  http://feedly.com/BulldawgIllustrated/sports…

I know, and we totally agree on the lack of administrative support that was given to CMR being a MAJOR factor that was overlooked for way too long.  We lived in a Post Jan Kemp mentality for the better part of 25 years!

Greg Poole This is the first season I can remember recently where I’m actually excited about the talent we have at WR top to bottom.   I know we are young, but there is a lot of talent in this group!

  5. Greg Poole

MMCSDAWG Yep. Bowls are no longer restrained by attendance. In fact, paid attendance is a secondary concern. Bowls are a TV product and demand is high for TV shows.

  6. Greg Poole

MMCSDAWG  MySiL sent that to me earlier today. I pointed out to him that the author is a Michigan guy. Where is Michigan’s overproduction in the last 50 years or so? Just saying that the meme that there is some kind of mystical negative karma associated with Georgia is just stupid.
There are solid reasons that UGA has not performed at a level that the talent in the state suggests. 2 bad coaching hires and a 15 year run by a good coach who was unable to get the administration to commit the resources necessary to win in today’s climate.

  7. MMCSDAWG

Greg Poole Who cares…  If my team goes 5-7 I’m not shelling out the cash to go watch them in a bowl game they don’t deserve to be in!   Too many bowls.

  8. BenKellam

MMCSDAWG BenKellam Greg Poole Havent heard much about him. But I’ll take it! Can’t have too many tall receivers.

  9. DawgDaddy

converted 1981 for some strange reason they don’t really do that, they all think that they can be like Cammy but he really was a QB not an athlete playing QB.

Greg Poole  LOL – I’m saying that Mr. Hubbard will learn that his predictions wiull come back to haunt him.

BahitsDawg converted 1981 AlphaDawg Greg Poole Avon Barksdale Also what he aubie fan said, “he’ll come in as an ATH to be a QB and end up at WR”

This guy is smoking crack…  There is NO way in hell Eason is going to RS and there is no way in hell he is going to forgo the NFL to stay at UGA for 5 years.  His points are all based on what I believe is faulty logic.  The offense is young, and the offensive staff is new, with a new system…  How about we let them mature together with the person that will be leading them thru thick and thin.  Lambert served UGA well and I do honestly appreciate what he did last year with all the chaos that was our offensive staff.  But, my money is on Eason starting game 1 and if not game 1 he will be starting before we make the trip to Oxford.

Score Check Greg Poole I think the lady in red played for a Willie Martinez Defense…..

  14. converted 1981

DawgLink I remember a 10′ one in a small pond in Fairburn a few years ago.  The little girl that live in the house was pitching a fit that they might actually Hurt the damn thing.  Hopefully they took her in the house and shot it right there.

  15. converted 1981

Greg Poole Hopefully this was After a piece of lead through the noggin…  Would hate to get tail whipped for Not completing the play.

MMCSDAWG  So am I. If he can hold it down, Georgia’s OL will improve significantly.
